Very clean and comfortable rooms. We had one overlooking the lake...awesome! The service couldn't have been better. Pleasantly surprised to get our water for our room and our morning coffee complimentary. Very affordable.
Absolutely great place to stay in Madison! Hotel really clean, rooms big with Great Lake view. Me and my husband stayed there few times and always had great experience. Front desk gentleman name Will was really helpful with any requests we had. He made sure we had the best room and service we could imagine. Thank you Will!!!
The rooms and facilities were all very clean, room service was also very good. The only complaints are that the front desk was often unoccupied missing calls and making us stand out there waiting for them to check in. There was no bell to get their attention either. We have also not gotten back our security deposit and will have to contact them for something that should have been automatically sent back to us.
Nice hotel for the price. The bar and restaurant were eerily quite. No music in the bar, which was weird. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. All you can ask for, especially for the price. A nice centrally located hotel.
