Wonderful service! Especially considering we were there during a pandemic and national emergency protesting. Michael the Manager was especially attentive and accommodating. We moved our son into Madison and this will be our home away from home when we visit. Room was clean and quiet, complimentary breakfast was served by managers with a smile. Great location too. Thanks to all who made our 4 nights so comfortable!

My favorite place to stay in Madison! While starting to travel again for work, I knew I had to return to a hotel that was always exceptional and I was not disappointed! The staff went above and beyond in making sure I always had waters in my room so I would not need to stop at the front desk. My room was exceptionally clean, as well as all of the common areas. I used my digital key for access to parking, the elevators and my room. I really did not need to interact with anyone, but I missed the friendly faces at the front desk so I had to stop once. The people at this hotel are always so helpful and friendly, and have taken extra steps to ensure their guests are safe. I will never stay anywhere else in Madison!
