An absolutely amazing hotel experience! From check in to check out, everything was an incredible smooth and relaxing process. Will definitely be back in the future for a little relaxing getaway.
They take amazing care of you here. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is stunning. If you stay on the goveners club level you will have an outstanding time. Enjoy your complementary menu and drinks if you do stay on the club level. Absolutely worth every penny. We will continue to keep coming back. We love staying at the Madison Concourse Hotel due to the excellent location, clean lobby and spacious rooms, and knowledgeable and kind staff. We have stayed here for a few New Year Eve celebrations and now for our wedding weekend. Julie helped make our wedding weekend a dream while keeping all safety precautions at top of mind. Julie and the rest of the Concourse staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout the weekend.
We've stayed several times at this hotel and haven't been disappointed. Check in is fast and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We also enjoy, Circ, the hotel restaurant. Food is very tasty and the service is good.
