The Cargo Bike Shop crew saved us today. I called on the off chance that they could take care of us on short notice. They said to drop in and see if it was an easy fix. They took the bike in and fixed it right up, just in time for a birthday bike ride tomorrow. We’re so impressed and grateful.

Sent 2 bikes in told them what the problems were. I was told $200. 3 weeks later after calling and emailing with no response we finally get our bike back. Thread is noticeably coming out of the back tire in one and was flat after two days (we noticed the thread after the tire went flat) we had discussed getting new tires if it needed it. Had the bikes for two years, used less than 4 months. The other bike the we now have issues with the pedals. Would not recommend.
Definitely one of the best bike shops I’ve been to. I came in looking for a tire and saddle bag and was treated like a friend, which I’ve found to be rare at other bike shops. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to pressure me into buying something more expensive or something I just didn’t need.
