I always have a very positive experience at machinery row bicycle shop. Every time I stop in they take good care of me very promptly. They take care of minor repairs or mechanical adjustments right on the spot within minutes. They don’t sell you services you don’t need. I recently stopped in thinking my bicycle me today comprehensive tuneup. They inspected it and told me as I needed a new chain, replaced it and had me on my way within a few minutes. The difference was night and day. The ride after was smooth and quiet. Totally typical experience. I don’t want to go anywhere else for service or sales.

Super helpful group of folks on the phone who were also friendly and helpful in person, even while dealing with the complications of Covid restrictions (the shop is being extra cautious, which I also appreciate). The mechanics themselves did thorough work on my new e-bike even though it's not one they see often, with super fast turn around time during busy season, and for a great price. Will definitely be back.
Aaron did an outstanding job listening to what I needed in a new bike and giving me several different options. He was patient and described differences in each bike and how they would help me reach goals (longer rides, speed, Ironman). He helped me with accessories and was thorough in explaining everything. Very impressed and immediately told friends what a positive experience I had. Thanks to Aaron for the awesome work and help, extremely excited for my new bike!!!
Just moved into town and I've already found my go-to bike shop! They were taking Covid safety seriously, and the shop has a great selection. Brittany was extremely knowledgeable and very patiently answered all of my stupid questions. She made me feel right at home in Madison, and even pointed out some things to do around town. Overall, great shop!
