There is no way I can express my gratitude enough to Nicole and her co-workers at this Hyatt. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me create a special visit and adapted quickly when plans changed. All with patience and kindness that was so appreciated. This is a great place with genuinely good people and it’s very refreshing to find in a hotel!!
We have stayed here several times while visiting family. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and quiet. Pool is never packed and their fire place outside is so relaxing. Breakfast before COVID was delicious after ... well it’s all microwavable or single served which stinks but due to the circumstances it works. I recommend highly!
New and modern. The place is bigger than it looks. There are a lot of amenities on the ground floor. The view looking out back would be great if not for the construction across the field. It's minimalist in some ways but it doesn't feel minimal.
Stayed here on June 25. Front office friendly and following COVID 19 standards. This is a new place. Has pool and outdoor court yard with fire pit. Morning breakfast is provided. However due to pandemic it was limited. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms on small side. No tub but nice sized shower. Sink area not wide but had extra depth for your toiletry items and a shelf under sink. We stayed in King room which also had a sectional sofa seating area. Definitely would stay here again.
Missy at the front desk was the a breath of fresh air. I was coming in from Austin and had been up since 3:30am, she was efficient, helpful and cared about my need to rush to a dinner meeting i was late for. She worked with me to get settled quickly. Thanks for that. Also, glass coffee cups? Huge plus... efforts to be environmentally friendly and breakfast was far from ordinary. Love love loved my time at this hotel.
