The entire process from the sales estimate to the roof install/post inspection was outstanding. Barry, Amber, Derrick and Chad were outstanding communicators and made it a smooth process. The roofing installers did an outstanding with the install and did a thorough job during the cleanup phase. This company definitely takes a lot of pride in their work and very satisfied with a job well done!

Brookens was great to work with.From the salesperson to the owner to the project manager. They really prioritize their customer.nThey did a complete roof tear off including the decking, and installation of new roof including the decking. They also replaced our gutters and gutter guards.nOur project manager Trae was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and took care of every concern brought to his attention.nI highly recommend Brookens not just for their work but for their people.

Great experience from start to finish. Barry did a great job of inspecting my roof and walking me through the process of selecting materials and providing a quote. little pressure but a lot of knowledge. Amber scheduled my job and was super responsive to my questions. Trae managed my job and insured I had and excellent experience. But the best part was the proffesional crew that installed my roof. The pride they took in their work shows. Super efficent and very proffesional. I would recomend Brookens without hessitation.

Brookens has been a great experience from start to finish. Chad and Aaron are both 5 stars in terms of professionalism and responsiveness to customers. The guys just finished today and Chad’s crew was efficient, extremely hard working and very gracious. Our roof looks awesome and everything is just as they found it. The guys were friendly and the crew even helped when my Mom let her dog get away from her and Chad and the guys on the ground helped her to get her back. This is a great company and I am happy to support a company from Wisconsin. I look forward to working with them again on our windows. I highly recommend Brookens and can speak directly to the exceptional workmanship of Chad and his crew.

A family friend had hired Brookens Construction for some work needed done to thier home. Very impressed with the service and the employees performance. Both professional and respectfully personable. The whole experience seemed like it was family taking care of family. Great Job to the Brookens Construction Team!
