We had the best service from Ridge Top Exteriors on the replacement of our roof and gutter system on our 1929 home with a very steep roof and skylights. It started with a very helpful assessment by Michael, who analyzed the situation and came up with workable suggestions. Before the crews came out, Nate and Garrett went over more details with me in person, Michael stayed in touch, and finally the roofing crew, led by Luis and the gutter crew, led by Miguel, were both fantastic. They worked hard, they worked long hours and they finished up the job completely, and cleaned up really well. The bid price was completely reasonable, the communication was very professional and I would highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors!
My rep Nate and his team did a great job repairing a leak in our roof and repairing/putting in new gutters over our 3 season porch. Very responsive and professional. Great value, too. The only thing I might suggest is an online payment system since I don't place too much trust in the mail these days. Thanks Ride Top, highly recommended.
The roofers arrived when scheduled. The work was top quality. They cleaned up well and they were friendly, too. The service representative, Jeff was outstanding in regards to replying promptly and professionally to all the questions I had over the many months it took me to decide to go with Ridge Top Exteriors. I couldn't have been more pleased from start to finish with the job.
Start to finish, Ridge Top were professional and very accommodating to what we wanted. From the initial meeting with Jeff, the roofing crew led by Garrett and the gutter crew finishing the job, we could not be happier with the products used and the finished look of the job. Jeff was very attentive and answered all of our questions along the way. After the job was done, they cleaned up so neatly, you couldn't tell they were here. We would not hesitate to go with Ridge Top again if need be.
Had to replace a roof prior to closing on our home. Tate was easy to work with and very accommodating when it came to inspection/estimate and lining up the job. The crew started early and finished it up same day, and did a fine job on clean up. Good, quick communication all the way around. Very helpful in home office when needed as well.
