It was nice and relaxing clean and I was comfortable room smelled like smoke though that's the only thing and the TV remote didn't work to turn the volume up cheaper pricing would be nice as well as the breakfast being done all the way the sausages were under cooked besides that it's worth the stay

So... I will choose not to stay there if I ever need to now... I just work in the area and on a Monday morning I pulled in just to check an emergency email from my daughters daycare... because I did not want to open it while I was driving. I pulled in just to use a stall to check the email and I had a man come out with a phone in hand literally taking my plate number down... understand if I am in my car doing drugs or something but come on! Way to not make people feel welcome at all... he could literally see I had my phone in hand and I was reading something... I smiled at him and held up the phone hoping he would understand but he just kept circling my car. It was very intimidating and unnecessary.

This hotel is a joke - do NOT recommend at all! My daughter was in Madison for a conference - she booked a room was charged twice and overdrew her bank account. Between the two of us neither one of us has been able to speak with a Manager to reconcile the situation. I've called and spoke to a J. Patel who is apparently NOT the manager, however, the manager is also J. Patel and he just informs me that the manager is not available and hangs up the phone. The room was not worth being charged once much less twice. BEWARE of this place & stay elsewhere!!! I only gave it one star due to the fact that I had to rate it in order to post this review.

Everything about this hotel is horrible. I hated breakfast and the floors were sticky and gross. I saw like 10 spiders in my room and my friend said that she saw a giant one. It was very loud in the morning because of all the construction. I hated this hotel and I feel bad for all the other people that stayed there. Also the Manager was the most rude person ever. Anyone who has not been here and is going to Madison, DON'T GO!! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
