Great experience. Came to town for work and enjoyed a one night stay in a queen junior suite. I was impressed by how large the room was. I wasn't expecting something like that. Property was well maintained and the bed was relatively comfortable.nWhile the overnight desk manager was very polite, both times I came to the desk during my stay, he was not wearing a mask. When he saw me coming, he put a mask on, without being asked (thank you), but he wore it improperly. As much as there are Lysol branded stickers everywhere, signage with mask use requirements, reminders about cleaning, and a snazzy room seal...all of that is for nothing if the staff are wearing masks improperly or not wearing them at all. This is why I did not give 5 stars.
This is the place to stay! Newly constructed, sparkling clean, spacious rooms and public space, lots of amenities, comfortable beds, sound deadening construction, great bath/shower and amazing staff who make you feel welcome and at home. Easy to access from freeway. Lots of safe parking. Great rates. You'll be glad you tried it!
Newer hotel but they’ve maintained the quality of the location. We’ve stayed at the hotel twice in the last month and each time we were met with Great customer service. Brenda, the front desk associate was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped to make our stay incredible. The rooms are cleaned well and great safety precautions were taken. It is a great hotel in a convenient location and not far from Madison.
New hotel which was nice. Not too busy because of Covid-19. Bob at the front desk was very friendly. We got a nice room on a corner with a view of the plains. Everything was very comfortable.nnWe went to Johnny's Italian Steakhouse and I was surprised by the quality of the food and the service. Samantha was everything one could ask in a server -- friendly, joking, but not excessively in our faces. I had spaghetti with marinara, and I was very impressed with the sauce. It was chunky with tomatoes, and very thick. The house dressing on our salads were good, too -- I think it was a light balsamic dressing.nOverall a very enjoyable stay.
Lots of attention to the little touches. Great restaurant attached. Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel with a big hotel feel. Very clean. We'll be back. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
