This hotel in two words: Badly outdated. I felt like I went back into the 1980s. Couch and chair in my room were filthy, old, worn out and had dog hair all over them. The desk chair was barely holding together. Customer service at the desk was what I'd expect from a gas station, they treat their guests like an inconvenience. There are great hotels in Madison, Wisconsin. This is absolutely not one of them. Keep looking.

Service friendly. First bathroom had hair all over the tub, asked to be moved to another room. Second room the toilet was running through, the tub faucet was broken with sharp edges and there was no plug for the tub. The shower wouldn't turn off with the knob. The sofa bed was a little saggy but not too bad. I suppose we got what we paid for.

Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the front desk service--sanitized everywhere and quick check-in; and very clean room and bathroom.
