The owner navigated my phone for Price he was OK with. I let him do it. An employee that cleans rooms knocked on the door I told him not now. He went away came back knocked and open the door! I’ve been requested they do not disturb sign that was not available from the front desk. Today I checked out saturday The same fella and a cleaning lady we’re beginning to clean the room I asked him if everything was OK he said yes!nnLater I see that I was charged $86 that was reduced to $75. This was unauthorized. I asked the owner why, he did not tell me. And said a manager would contact me. No contact as of today and did not return my calls after his m/owners days off. I called in and one of the front desk people told me that I was charged for punching a hole in the wall! This is my disputenThe room had other walls that had been punched and I’m accused of something I did not do and never would do.nI would like my money back. I have attempted to talk to them they’re not open to what should be the results, no charge. The owner has a good presentation but he’s kind of sneaky!

People smoking weed, and drinking all night, knocks at door in middle of night both nights multiple times. Someone even tried using a key card to get in. Very weird. Toilet leaked, no phone and no batteries in remote. Lady behind desk was snarky, and rude. Will never stay there again booked for 3 nights only stayed 2. Cops also were there the 2nd morning investigating something. Very scary and odd experience.key cards also worked very oddly. Sometimes wouldn't open and sometimes would.

Not a place we will stay again. The first room stunk and the ac unit didn't work, they moved us and the second room was bearable though noisy. It appears they have permanent tenants as there are cars in parking lot that are busted up. Checked for bugs, didn't see any signs of them in our room. The room was not the cleanest but was clean. The bedding is stained as if they are washing them but could care less about appearance. People being loud, cars blaring stereo is not always bad, but after midnight in a hotel parking lot needs to be addressed. With the location of this place I am surprised other establishments and residents near by aren't complaining about it. The fellows who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with the entire staff being friendly my room was clean and comfortable it may not be a five-star hotel but it's very nice and I would recommend it for a great night's sleep.
