I’m a DoorDasher. I arrived at the hotel tonight to make a delivery on the 4th floor. There was nobody at the front desk to tell me there was something wrong with the elevator. There was no sign by the elevator either. I pressed the help button on the elevator and the lady hung up on me after telling her I was stuck. Thankfully my phone was charged and someone managed to pick up once I called the hotel. The fire department arrived shortly after.nnYes, mistakes are made. However, this was extremely unprofessional and potentially dangerous.

Beautiful. Clean quiet and comfortable bed and pillows. Small TV is my only complaint.

The rooms need to get updated. The carpet is old but the bed was comfortable.

Hotel with restaurant inside! The food and drinks were so good and the staff went above and beyond for our group.
