A unique boutique hotel, excellently located in the city center of Sun Prairie. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by Heidi, the Baehr House manager. She is an exceptional conversationalist & provided me advices & tips about the city, shops, supermarket, restaurants & bars, all within walking distance. I especially enjoyed the Sun Prairie folklore & legends surrounding the beautifully constructed turn of the century homes.nMy very comfortable accommodations included fresh linens on a comfortable memory foam mattress, a large basket of snack food & bottled water, plenty of toiletries & more than enough towels for a weekend stay in one of their 6 uniquely decorated rooms.nWould definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by outstanding hospitality service.nThank you again Heidi. You are the reason the Baehr House can accommodate guests at the highest standards.

It's a cute, comfy place very convenient to downtown. We walked to some great restaurants. Friendly staff. It would be a fantastic place for a girls get a way weekend. All the rooms are close together with the convenience of a common sitting area. well done. we will be back

I was in the area for business & stayed here for 6 weeks. I couldn't ask for a better experience, quiet and comfortable. Nothing like siting near fire place playing cards watching the snow falling out of the large picture window. Thanks Baehr Haus!!!

I'm sure it depends on the number of and the personalities of other guests and thus likely fluctuates but it was very very quiet. Perfect for the solo get away I was seeking. I slept very soundly, comforter was amazing, thought about stealing it! (J/K) the basket of treats was a nice unexpected. Room was very clean. I hope this relatively new business makes a go of it. I'm a local and love having this option here in town.
