Very beautiful and quiet. Super close to the park. The rent is reasonable compared to most places I’ve seen. The neighborhood seems very friendly. The lady in the office named Gina is super sweet and kind. Very easy to talk to. Answered all my questions.
Blue Mounds Mobile Home Park is very quiet, neat and a friendly place to live, not to mention the proximity to Madison and so many fun outdoor activities! Brenda the Park Manager here is absolutely amazing, very professional and caring! Cannot go wrong moving here.

Weve been here for 3 years going on 4 and the last property managers, Robbie and Johnny were awesome! We are sad to see them go. Overall, weve had an average time while living here. The positives involve us gaining some lifelong friends in this community. It is a safe and quiet community. The sad thing is that we've gone through 3 owners throughout our 4 years living here and rent has gone up
Managment is nonexistent and when they do show up it isnt for a good reason. They dont fix anything or maintain the park. It is up to resident to keep their yards maintained and keep the place the place looking presentable. The neighbors are amazing! I have been VERY lucky! Impact Corporation is the current owner and second owner since I moved in and they are clearly here to collect rent and sell homes, not here to make a safe, beautiful community like they advertised to us.
