I haven't even had the chance to stay here and already I have had the worst experience of my life. In January, I booked a hotel block for my wedding in September. On August 5, the hotel reached out to me asking if I still needed the hotel block for my wedding. I responded yes, we still need it. Now a month before my wedding they call and leave a message saying the hotel will be closed due to construction and my wedding block is no longer available. How is this acceptable business practice? The representative I talked to apologized to me numerous time and offered a free stay in the future, but the damage is done. Now my fiance and I have to scramble to find rooms for people a month before our wedding. Do not give them your business. I will never be staying at a Country Inn & Suites again.

I am so disappointed with the customer service. I have called several times and emailed with management staff regarding blocking rooms for my upcoming wedding, I guess they let some staff go due to COVID19 so I am trying to be understanding of confusion. However, the contract is signed and was returned to them with confirmation they received it a a staff member signed it and returned it to me. But I have people trying to reserve rooms but they are unable to. I even tried calling myself to reserve a room and was unable to. This really shouldn’t be so difficult.

Lady infront of me is declined for insufficient funds. it happens. but then i come up and my company card is also declined for the same reason. the lady at the desk was suspicious that it was their system and let me make this clear, this was no fault of hers. I knew it was an issue on their side because there was no way the card had insufficient funds. She calls her manager who wouldnt even accept the idea it was on their side. stated to her that it said insufficient because we were both clearly without the funds on our cards. booked at a different hotel, card went through without issue. Hope the the other female who was there to have a good birthday with her friend found another place that would give the time of day as well.

Worst hotel experience ever. They gave away our reserved 2 queen bed room. We had 3 people. Front desk clerk said the third will have to sleep on the sofa. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. After refusing the room she was forced to move this around to accommodate us. With attitude from her. Hot tub broken (front desk didn’t care people were in it even marked closed and being notified.) she said the chemicals were maybe off and unsafe. She did NOTHING about the people in it. Really? Her attitude was embarrassing for representing the hotel. my hairdryer caught fire. Yes, FIRE!nThe two male workers the next morning after telling them all of the issues and attitude we were forced to deal with gave me a member rewards card and stated they would speak with the manager and provide a free night for a future stay. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Way to follow up, I never even received a call or email from the manager. The only good thing was the gentleman providing the breakfast. Everything was kept full, clean and fresh. He was working so hard and it showed. He needs to be promoted. He seemed to be the only one that cared!n-DISAPPOINTED!
