Very clean place. Staff was really friendly, other then the creep on 2nd shift who records the entrance from a personal phone. When confronted he said he uses it to monitor the lobby when he steps away from the desk, however this personal phone camera was used for over two hours straight last night including during when he assisted multiple guests at the front desk lobby... very disturbing! When I spoke to the gentleman on first shift before checkout this morning, he told me it seemed odd himself- however no follow up or follow through. There is security cameras all over the facility, so why is this guy recording off of a personal phone? Other than that, this is a very nice hotel. Jacuzzi suite was wonderful and the housekeeping staff was excellent.
Clean rooms. The front desk was very nice and very helpful. Will definitely stay again when coming up to Madison.
Had my mom stay here for a week while she was teaching in Madison. She said it was perfect for all of her needs
Old rooms that seemed to need an update in both the carpeting and the furniture. The room had a bathtub but it's fairly shallow. we ended up with a king suite and while it was a King bed and had a lot of space there wasn't too much that was very sweet about it aside from a microwave. I will say however it was under a hundred bucks for the night. if the suite was actually as nice as the name implies it would have definitely been a great price however I think it was fair to slightly less than fair. Maybe just call it a king?
