Warning !! Employees don't wear face masks. Possible COVID-19 breeding ground. I sent husband in to get room, when I entered the hotel and saw that no one was wearing a face mask and the lobby was dirty,I wanted my money back. They refused.we did not get any further then the lobby.nThey should refund us. Also the health dept should check the hotel out.
Room was ok. But the hot tub drain would not seal so it was useless. Check it right away to make sure you can use it!
Rooms are always clean and the jetted tub is very spacious. Friendly staff, too. Close to casino so that helps. Only complaint is when I stay for 2 nights, my door keys need reprogrammed after the first night. Otherwise, highly recommend.
Pretty decent, affordable place to stay. Covid has caused the pool to be open only for one room of guests at a time and a sign up sheet is used. Guests are allowed to sign up for two 1 hour blocks of time which i feel is unfair as there's only so many hours in a day. 30 min to 1 hour blocks of time is more fair in my opinion. I had some very disappointed kids who were excited to swim after being stuck in the car for 7 hours. Also seems unneccessary since chlorinated water would kill any possible covid germs anyways. As far as the hotel, pretty clean but the second floor has a very wet, musty, mildew smell to it. Definetly not coming from the pool, guessing water is getting in somewhere. Other than that, decent hotel.
Catfished by a hotel, at least the inside looked better than the outside did and great customer service
