2 1/2 out of 5. Big water slide-paper at front says it was open but it wasn't. Receptionist said only 2 lifeguards so hours limited. Mattresses need replaced badly. First room sprayed with strong smelling cleaner, you could still smell mold, mildew. We were able to switch rooms. It was better but still an odor. Continental breakfast M-? Bag of fruit, 2 granola bars and water, yogurt. ..I can't have gluten or dairy so unable to eat but the orange.
Best service by far, highly recommending everything about this Inn.. they were very accommodating and made sure our trip was memorable! Definitely stop thru to their restaurant and try their wings... AMAZING!nStaff was AWESOME
We showed up with four kids on a Monday and purchased the suite to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately the slide is only open Friday through Sunday which is not indicated anywhere in the hotel or online. The manager was very rude and would only give us a tribal discount on the room. What a waste of money and my kids were very disappointed! Buyer beware!!
No employees or the owner/ manager in hotel or restaurant wore masks. During Wisconsin’s largest outbreak of covid19!! The owner/manager got into a heated confrontation with a guest when asked why he was not wearing a mask. The owner/manager announced that ”it was not required so, he and all his employees are not wearing masks“. To add to the rudeness of this hotel staff; at 9:00 am on checkout day; the maid tried to open my door with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door handle. Thank goodness I had the security bar in place! Room was clean, bed was okay, coffee was hot. Not coming back.
Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly front desk clerks.
