Polynesian Water Park Hotel

I didn't like this resort previously because it is aged but the staff has gotten better and they were helpful and nice. Affordable low key place .It is older and actually a great place if you like older architecture and taking cheesy pictures it's fun for that . I still standby calling to double check pool openings before you book as its closed sometimes. They have a pool for everyone but bring a life jacket if your child can't swim the lazy river os dark and strong current and not many lifeguards.

This was way ABOVE what i expected! I can't wait to hold a family event here this place would be perfect for that. I did get the condo suite for a little extra but well worth it. Comfortable, convenient, classy. Found my new mainstay in the dells...

We like it because its very economic the prices of the rooms. An we enjoy the both pools. An its close to the express way

Very old and run down. Stains in bathroom, furniture and duvet. Waterpark small but my daughter enjoyed the rides, mostly because there was no line. I just hope there was not bedbugs.

I stayed here on Friday through Sunday. We we're supposed to check out on Monday afternoon but we left a day early. Things were going alright, with minor problems until we had to change rooms. After we switch we were I'm a much better suite, then I discovered the next morning after I passed out from exhaustion that my hotel sheets were covered in dark blood stains. There's no way the cleaning staff missed seeing those blood stains. Also, the night before we left, my 3 year old, myself and husband didn't get ANY sleep. The guests that were staying above our room were jumping around and partying until nearly 5 in the morning. We called the front desk several times throughout the night, he said he called and spoke with them but clearly that was a lie. After calling again he said he couldn't go up to their room to check on the noise complaint, because he was working the lobby on his own. The said he would just do it. Clearly that was another lie. If he had things would have turned out differently. We left a day early because we couldn't risk going another night without sleep if the hotel concierge was not willing to do their jobs again. When we checked out exactly one day early, we were not asked how our stay was or anything. We we're not refunded for having to leave really due to their incompetence and we had to leave empty handed. Buyer beware.
