Quality Inn & Suites

Checking was a slow? There was like 5 or 6 people in front of us, the room was good and quiet? Will definitely go back.

Booked a room on 9/10 for night of 10/10 - and then after reading some of the reviews here on google I decided to cancel my reservation a day later, on 9/11. I got the cancellation confirmation sent to my email. Then on 10/11 they charged $78 to my account and after calling the front desk they said I never cancelled the visit, that I no-showed it. After calling my credit card co to report the fraud I found out that they COMMONLY have this problem with Quality Inn - because they don't think people are going to notice. I can't believe a huge company like Quality Inn tries to get away with things like this, so I would definitely avoid!!!!

We had been camping all weekend and because of the rain and a flat tire, we decided to stay in a hotel this last night out. I booked a king bed, jacuzzi room on the app about 30-45 min prior to arrival. When we arrived, we were told the room was no longer available, but we would still have a king bed and receive the lower cost. When we asked why the room was given to someone else, the man at the front desk told us it was because the jacuzzi in that room wasn't working. I thought that was odd that it showed available in the first place and incredibly poor service not to call us to let us know when the booking went through. I would have booked another hotel. This was my birthday trip and I wanted to treat myself a bit, but when we arrived it was already 11:30pm and we were exhausted, so we just stayed there. They also weren't serving any breakfast due to COVID-19, even though the state of WI had been opened up for over a month now. It felt like a great excuse to cut costs for this owner.nCheck out was at 11am and since we arrived late and I'm a platinum member, I asked for a late checkout and was told 12 noon which was great. Unfortunately, although we had a do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping knocked and proceeded to open our door at about 10:45am.nThis hotel was clean, but the customer service was really disappointing. If you're in the Wisconsin Dells, stay elsewhere. There are plenty of other affordable places around.

Very nice hotel and I love the choice rewards.. you can stay and get free rooms with your points or later check outs,etc.

Really good place to stay clean and has nice beds .has good breakfast when they are serving it .you are not able to get it right now because of covid.has a really good swimming pool with hot tub.and it is very easy to get to off the interstate .we have never had a issue with this place at all.this is are half way point we stop at traveling to north Dakota and back.
