It was a great stay. Quiet location. Very clean. Very covid-safe. Our check-in was quick and convenient, and check out was over the phone. This offered the perfect overnight stay for a dance convention in the Dells. They offered grab and go breakfast brown bags, and everything was fresh.
This place is poorly ran. Housekeeping is absolutely horrible. The rooms and hotel is disgusting. It used to be nice. Changing of staff can really drag a place down. Front desk manager looks as though she is on drugs. Will not recommend this place. Will be turning into the state for how horrible it is.
We arrived to the hotel Saturday, the outdoor pool was closed, the indoor pool was open. The room is outdated, old and was dirty. The worst part was the room had bed bugs. I was bitten on my side, my legs and arms. The ned bugs were in the cracks of the headboard! We told the manager on duty they gave us a different room. We went to that room it had no bed bugs but there was feces on the toilet. I will NEVER return!
Girl at the desk was a little overwhelmed but she was friendly. Our room was fairly priced for how big it was considering a hotel 1 mile away would of been 60 dollars more. A little bummed that the outside pool and sauna are closed at the moment due to covid but I'm sure lots of places have to do the same so I cant complain. All in all a nice hotel ☺
The hotel was good, but the promised breakfast was not normal, probably due to covid. Only granola bars and apples.
