We always love finding a pet friendly hotel to stay at with our pups. One suggestion would be to provide extra sheets for visitors with pets (we bring our own but it would be a nice amenity). We really enjoyed our two bedroom suite with a king and queen bed. Lots of space!nnYou could see that many updates were being done to the interior and painting the exterior.nnOur only negatives were the outdoor stairs to the second floor of the building (hard for senior parents when they were icy/wet in the PM & AM) and the queen mattress was allllll old springs. It was so squeaky and uncomfortable. The king mattress was great though.nnI think the “daily resort fee” could have been waived in mid October as it was cold, rainy, and windy so we weren’t able to do any lake sports.nnIf the queen mattress was updated it would have been a 5/5 for us! Beautiful area! Thanks for having us!

Great resort, the front desk ladies are very polite and helpful, the installations are very nice and very clean. Bed are very comfortable . We got lake view suit and it was amazing the sunset. Lots of parking lots and very quite place. Pool was great, jacuzzi the best!nOutside pools also great and the fireplace dock at night beautiful.nUnfortunately there is no food available but lots of choices on vending machines. Good restaurants around the resort.nWill come back soon.

Really liked this place - very family friendly.nThe pool was salt water!nSand beach with volleyball, and FREE kayaks.nAt night there’s a bonfire, a guy with guitar singing and marshmallows.nJust a nice place to hang out and relax. Quick drive to all the attractions if you want - best of both worlds.

Yet another Wisconsin Dells establishment with bed bugs! People should realize how common this is in tourist areas like this. It is no surprise that there is always a resort/hotel/motel/etc. with this problem. It comes with having hundreds of thousands of people sleeping in the same beds every year. This just happened May 7th! Tourist season hasn't started yet!

For a two star resort, I think they deserve 5 stars for sure! Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our huge group comfortable. Pool is awesome and has slides for the kiddos, plus a 12 person hot tub and a sauna. Rooms are nothing high end but cozy and plenty nice enough for the affordability. The kitchens are stocked with all utensils and drain rack. There's an apartment size fridge, microwave and two burner cook top. Porch is a nice size but our screen door wasn't in the track so much husband had to fix it before we could use it. Only other real annoyance was that one of the bolt pieces on the toilet was broken so the seat didn't stay centered like it should. Beds are very firm, husband likes them that way, I don't. The beach are is lovely, and boats are free to use. Firepit is huge and firewood is provided. They sell smores supplies in case you forget. Arcade area is small but the kids really enjoyed it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return despite the tiny inconveniences.
