One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Our room was looked like it was brand new. The decor was nice with the wilderness theme.nWe stayed in a room that had a two queen beds plus a separate ro with a pull out couch which was really nice for extra space.nThe room size, the cleanliness and the furnishings top notch.nThe not so great parts are the 'breakfast' which was cereal on a table and milk and yogurt in a cooler. That's was it, no coffee, no fruit.nThe staff was not overly friendly. Two just stared at me when I walked in the lobby and didn't say anything until I spoke.nnOverall while we didn't feel very welcomed by the staff the cleanliness, the room size and the property is worth returning.nIt was clear that they took pride in the property as everything was in its place and spotless. Even the pool chairs around the perimeter of the indoor pool room were all evenly spaced apart. I could not find dust, one errant hair or even a fuzzball in our room.

I booked the room for a single night when I extended my vacation by a day. Wanted somewhere pretty Reasonably priced, but still clean. This place met all my expectations. Very clean, which I really appreciated. :)nnNice and quiet, and friendly staff :)

10/10 would stay here again! Last minute booking right before Labor Day weekend! Inside of room is very clean, sheets are clean, bathrooms are clean. It looks like they just renovated! The ONLY reason why I’m putting 4 stars is because staff up front was very rude to me (a male). I asked if there was potentially an extra room anywhere available for an extra nights stay there, but I got shut down immediately by the male stating “do you know what weekend it is?” I’m very aware that it’s Labor Day weekend, but it’s not wrong to ask if my room is available or another room within the hotel.... ended up searching online and multiple rooms available, just not my specific room. You’d think with hospitality they’d say “hey this room you’re in isn’t available, but how about a different room?” That is really the ONLY negative. If he didn’t approach me negative, this would be 5 stars. I ended up motel hopping to a different place the next day. But I will be back here, one of the nicer motels. Outside is run down, but inside is perfect!

We chose this hotel as a last minute thing to stay an extra night extending our trip. Jennifer was great we were already in the dells so she let us check in early and the rooms were great and clean and like brand new I wish we would have stayed here at the beginning of our trip we had a much better experience and price at this hotel for 1 night as suppose to Atlantis. I will be back and this will be my first booking option.
