A roofing project/replacement is something most people only do once in their life if not being done for storm damage. This is one of the single most expensive projects you can do on your home. We really had no idea of who to choose so I went with the referral of a trusted neighbor who had previously used them for their roof replacement and I am so glad I did.nnEverything went perfectly from the initial inspection to the quote to the work being done. The team working on our roof was outstanding! Professional throughout the whole process. We also replaced our gutters & downspouts and leaf guard system which was significantly better than what was put on the house when we built it. We had an expensive roof job to complete. We received multiple quotes and ultimately chose South Central. It was an easy choice. The response time for our quote was great. Glen came out to go over the proposal with us twice. The proposal was well written and much more detailed than anything we received from anyone else. The job started quickly and was completed smoothly. They worked over a weekend to get it done. The owner came to the job site personally to ensure we were happy and reviewed final costs with us himself. Glen was our main contact person and was always available via text or phone, even after hours. Would highly recommend.

My HOA hired this company to replace the roof on our condos. The crew came out and started the job on our 4 plex yesterday morning (10/27/2020) and subsequently blocked the only entrance/exit to our unit in the process. When my sister returned home around 9a, she asked them to make it possible for her and my niece to get inside to which they copped an attitude. They then rested ladders against the entry door and windows and continued stacking up all the material they were tearing off the roof in front of the door, and then wouldn't even acknowledge her for the rest of the day when she attempted to get assistance getting out the door to give my dogs a potty break, essentially trapping them all inside. I called my HOA president (as I was at work and couldn't do anything else) and explained the issue and asked her to please pop over and chat with them about making sure they didn't block the door, per her response, they claimed they'd do so but didn't. When they left to take their lunch break, they just walked away from it all, ladders still rested against the door and debris piled up in front of the door. I returned home from work at 6p to find the ladders and trash STILL piled up in front of the entry door/windows. So now it was my turn to attempt to get them to clear the space in front of the door and in turn, they proceeded to call me names and make jokes at my expense to each other in Spanish. The lack of professionalism, tact, communication, and compassion this company has shown is reprehensible. 0/10, wouldn't recommend.

This is a top notch company. They met me at my house and explained everything they would do. I received an estimate within a few days. I have a combination shingle and flat rubber roof and they did an excellent job on both. Project was done on time, site was cleaned up nicely, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.
