The King Suite is perfect for a family! We brought our 2yr old twins and there was plenty of space w/ the livingroom (pullout couch), and separate bedroom. The Jacuzzi in the bedroom is very large and cozy! The room is very clean and well stocked with extra everything! The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay, and the continental breakfast has a really nice selection. The staff there is doing a great job!! Thanks guys!!nThe pool and hot tub are open too!
Great place to stay in Portage!nFacility is well maintained, my room was clean and quiet, and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful.nThey have the best grab and go breakfast around.nI recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodations at a reasonable price.
The cleanliness of my room, the balcony and the bed were the best part. The jets in the bathtub didn't work and no one offered to move me or fix it. Just said oh yeah that room doesn't work. I stayed for the pool and it was dirty. I've never seen a pool that you couldn't see the bottom. I didn't bother with it. The hot tub and sauna were nice. Staff were okay, not rude but nothing more than average. The accessibility to interstate was a plus.
This is a great hotel to stay at. The manager and staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
Our stay was for three days. The first day we arrived I used the sink and then it started pouring water from beneath the pipes. It was around 3pm and no maintenance was available so, we were later moved to another room. The next day I tried to use the Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi stared pouring water out. I spoke to front desk and they said I could be moved again and I said no, because I didn’t want another incident to occur in another room. I asked for the refund and was given one. I am highly satisfied with the staff (general manager and front desk) for being very understanding and giving me the refund for the inconveniences. I’m addition, the outside and inside view of the hotel looks nice and clean. Except in the rooms, in regards to dusting, they don’t do a good job at dusting. (So if you have any allergies to dust please consider that in your stay)
