We got the whirlpool suite and the room was lovely. Very clean and super comfy bed. Sparkling clean pool and hot tub. Quiet and not crowded. They offered a simple bagged breakfast. Would definitely recommend, great deal for the price.
We just got home from our stay at the Comfort Suites. Nice location right off the Interstate across the road from the Petro truck stop. Our room was so nice! The bed was very very comfortable, the sheets are so soft and the pillows were awesome! Our room was a king suite. Had a sofa bed and chair. Was a nice sitting area to relax and watch TV or to read a book. The sofa was somewhat uncomfortable. The cushions were flat so I wasn't able to sit on it very long with my disabilities. Bathroom was nice sized. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. The lobby and elsewhere was very nice and cleaned and tidy! We will most definitely be back when we come back down to visit our kids and grandbabies!!
Really nice hotel for the price. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was good..given the pandemic. I would stay again for sure.
My first room had a dirty rag and a remote with chunks of something on it. Second room wasn't much different. They don't wash their sheets. Bed was wrinkled and sheets had pen stains from previous guests. I slept on the couch. Pretty lame all around. Nice looking rooms though. You can really see the winners and losers in this crisis. They should be investigated for not cleaning during COVID-19.
The first room we were put in 110, should be condemned. There was a strong foul smell of mold, pet urine and I’m not sure what else. There was black mold around the ancient ac unit and window. This is something that’s very clearly been an issue for awhile and they’re still knowingly putting people into that room. We asked to be moved and the next room was much better. When we told the GM in the morning, while he seemed nice enough, he also didn’t have anything to say about the state of the room. If you’re staying here avoid room 110 at all costs.
