Newly renovated. So clean and the beds were super comfortable. We also felt safe there. My mom just had ankle surgery (she broke it the day before while we are traveling) and they graciously accommodated our needs. We needed a room on the first floor by a door plus we had a puppy with us.nnThey did serve packaged muffins and coffee in the am. It is not their standard but it's Covid so we all need to give leeway for the small inconveniences.
Horrible service, stat away!!!! I stay on hotels daily since I'm on the road and make reservations as I go to prepare for my night stays. This place will not let you cancel a reservation even if your a platinum member when you cant make the stay because of car problems... ridiculous policies, horrible service..unless you want your money taken away by these money hungry owners look somewhere else
More than good for one night stay. Everything was super clean.
Very rude receptionist man who acted annoyed every time I had to ring him up to the front to ask for a new key. Extremely stained and dirty towels brought up to room. It was disgusting. Every key had to be replaced after each use so we got locked out of room every single time we left our room. The lack of cleanliness is extremely concerning with Wisconsin having the highest number of COVID cases in the country. Never staying here ever again!
