The owners/friends, and their staff, are so helpful; especially if you have locked yourself out of your room a time or two. Good people.. If they're full, use the Rodeway Inn. It's a sister company, so you'll have the same quality of management.

Nice place for the money. Nice staff and owners. Would revisit if in the area again.
Stinks in the building dingy dull environment garbage food under beds
The room was non smoking but it smelled strong of smoke. The carpet was very dirty, and we found the coffeemaker under a bedside table. No coffee, just the maker. The continental breakfast was minimal at best.
