Upon check in, we were greeted with utmost respect and for the first time since we became Choice elite privilege reward members, we received a gift bag . Then our requests were accommodated with our preference of type of room and location. Luggage carts were large enough for our luggage. Truck parking was a big help and the on-site truck stop made our check out swiftly. The pool was very nice and the hot tub was nice but could've been a bit hotter. My room was great, very spacious and cozy. The breakfast was good many choices other than the doggy bag breakfast, but understandable with covid restrictions. There was a big selection of creamers and other condiments in the room which I love they understand girls like flavored creamer with their coffee. Glad the pool was open. The restaurant was sufficient, prices were okay. Need better drink options. Didn't get to check out the bar but bartender did open my wine bottle for me. The truck stop being on site is very convenient for whatever you may get a craving for during your stay. Especially since you don't have to get out in the cold to walk to it. My work crew stayed here for 3 night First impression hotel was very clean inside and out. Customer service was EXCELLENT day & night! House keepers on the second floor paid attention to detail GREAT. Most of all the hotel accommodated warm breakfast in the BEST way due to covid-19, and should share they're awesome idea with other choice hotels.My whole crew was very satisfied with our stay.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
A few minutes after 10 we realized our 12 year old son's breakfast was missing from the order, we sent him back down to get it where he was told no because breakfast was closed. That lady was rude. The beds are clean and comfortable, but floor had sticky stuff on it. They did have our roll our beds in our rooms when we got there, that was nice. Would stay here again but that lady definitely ruined part of the experience.
I have been here in this Hotel since August 2, 2020 I am sad to say I am leaving October 7, 2020. Everything with this hotel is outstanding. The staff, at this hotel, is the best hotel staff compared to any hotel staff that I have ever experienced. Five stars all the way.
Hotel was nice, workers were pleasant, restaurant left something to be desired but prices were reasonable. Happy they accept pets. Don't really understand the resort fee...
