I was eager to visit this hotel again this year for the upcoming Rock Fest festival in Cadott because this location was very convenient. Unfortunately the festival was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I was shocked that I was still charged over $500 for a hotel I never stayed in! I never received a confirmation number or anything either. The unprofessional and lack of human decency is sickening. I will never come back here and will spread the word to others to not stay here. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I don't even want to give them the one star the price did not match what was showing on line, after telling them we have small dogs we figured that was why the price was so far off, got to our room and the heater was not working, it took them 3 times to come and check it out, they only had a couple cars staying, so not understanding why it took so long to respond, it was a cold night.the younger guy immediately said you did not pay for dogs and did not mention dogsmy husband said yes I did mention the dogs and was told ok, , the guy that helped us said I dont speak good English, he indeed said ok to the 3 small 5 pound dogs, they then tried moving us to another room but said they needed to charge us more money for the dogs, we explained that was what we already thought we were charged because the fee for 1 night was 91 dollars when it was showing 51 per night , he said we would not get a refund if we left, I felt uncomfortable and scared to stay there after all the arguing so he then gave us half back! We were only there for 20 minutes!!! This is the worst run hotel I have ever been at, we completely left the hotel and found another one.nAlso they are not following any guidelines for COVID. There is no masks, nothing, I would have not felt safe to stay there either way!°°

Clean inside and out. Very hospitable staff. I come thru Stanley daily. I would definitely stay again and again.
