So I visited this place because I was interested in looking at a mobile home. In my opinion a poorly designed park. Every single road in the park led to a dead end. Most parks I've seen the roads don't suddenly end. Most of the trailers are very very run down. I would not feel comfortably safe here. Just my opinion. I wanted to like it, but it had too many issues.

My Nana lives in this Community and i visit her often. I have definitely noticed improvements and changes being made in the last 2 years. Very peaceful.

Company just put in new asphalt driveways, they have been moving moving in new homes, and the cleanliness has improved in the past couple of years.

Honestly this place doesn't deserve even 1 star.. Hilbert acres is not a place to live. Management is not helpful, and change rules as they please. Also they in force only a few of them. Water and drainage is also a issue, yards still have standing water weeks after the big thaw. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.
