This is a very nice place to stay. The customer service is wonderful and the rooms are clean. It has a nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast is good, has a lot to choose from. It's quiet and the beds are comfortable. We have gone back here. I recommend this place for my work customers.
Very nice hotel! The bed, pillows and linens were so comfortable! The room was clean and the staff was beyond nice! We didnt care for the breakfast, just not to our liking. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!ud83dude0a
The room was nice but the staff was very rude. They are not kid friendly at all. They made me pay 250 dollars in damages because there was crumbs on the floor and the towels were dirty. Do they not own a broom and a washing mashing? Do not recommend if you have kids.
This hotel is a great place to stay. The appearance was clean inside and outside. The lobby was warm and welcoming. It had a nice eating area and the breakfast was great with a variety of foods, hot waffles, eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, cereals, yogurts, oatmeal and lots of yummy toppings to use. The pool area had tables and chairs to relax in. Indoor pool with a hot tub too.nThe rooms were large and were nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows.nThe staff was very friendly and always willing to help.
I stayed here before with a crazy ex girlfriend that damaged the carpet and shower. They told me about it and I paid for the damages with no hesitation. I recently had to stay in the area again and called them to make a reservation. They accepted the reservation but called me back the morning I was supposed to check in and told me they would not rent a room to me. Most of the hotels in this area were already booked so they screwed me over. Luckily the Appleton Holiday Inn had a room available. Appleton is a much nicer area and the Holiday Inn is so much nicer. Appleton has so many places to eat and things to do. Chilton has two halfway decent restaurants and absolutely nothing to do.
