Excellent location. I and my boyfriend booked the room with jetted tub. We had a good time - The room was superbly clean, bed was super comfortable with bunch of pillows. Room was nicely decorated. Got a breakfast in the morning - Sausage, eggs and Waffle. I highly recommend this hotel.
Stay at the hotel for a weekend with my wife and everything was just perfect. Hotel is just off the highway so it was easy access. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The breakfast was so good. Fitness center was plus. Would definitely stay here again.
Never even got to stay here. Made a reservation, called on Monday to cancel the room for the coming event on Saturday. They said they would email cancellation. I never checked for am email. My big mistake! After checking my credit card statement, I found they still charged my card. Called this hotel and explained, I said someone hadn't done their job and I could prove the date and time we called to cancel. The person on the other end told me I didn't do MY job. What???? It's not my fault the staff dropped the ball. I admit, I dropped some f bombs and hung up. Explained to my husband, he called and tried to explain, (he's the calm one) they shouted at him and demanded he drive two hours to the hotel to show them his call log. I contacted their corporate and will be contacting the business bureau next. Now I'm getting emails from the Brillion hotel stating we never cancelled.nPS. We booked for a wedding and were supposed to get a discount for staying there. They didn't even give the discount. CROOKS!!!!!
Nice, clean, quiet, the cutest it can be. My big friend Bar is the neighbor of this cute hotel. Its a cozy place to stay. I loved their hot breakfast that was more than needed for this little hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Not a fancy one but super clean and quiet hotel. Staff is so friendly at this hotel. The hotel has fitness center. I stayed for a week while working at kwik trip in the town. I enjoyed their wide menu breakfast every morning. Excellent hospitality service.
