This is one of my favorite places when I need to get away from the city. Acres of pure paradise, not to mention being welcomed repeating by a great host. It’s such a peaceful, liberating, and artistic space. Just what a creative needs to reset. This retreat is highly recommended. This is one of my favorite cabins to escape to from the Twin Cities metro area. It's secluded, surrounded by nature, comfortable and thoughtfully designed and curated. There is a space for every mood or weather condition to enjoy the stay. The river is lovely to take a dip in, build a fire beside or sit and read a book on a sunny day. It's a perfect getaway spot.
Quiet, restful cabin on a secluded wooded plot above the wood river. Calmly and beautifully decorated with original photographs and zen-influenced art and chimes. Plenty of birds & wildlife to keep a tracker entertained, with amenities to keep the city boy comfortable (filtered well water on tap, electricity & hot water, wifi, fresh linens/towels, full kitchen). Host was gracious and supportive. I'd gladly visit again.
I have enjoyed this place so much. It is my very favorite state-cation spot. My time here was very relaxing and I would highly recommend it. Very clean and spacious. The host has been very helpful, generous, and very professional. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
