The hotel was very nice and clean up to date. The service on the other hand was not so good!nThere was no coffee in the morning, pots were empty no one at the front desk for over an hour, We were unable to get our breakfast either. The people in the room above us were being loud all night, talked to the clerk at the front desk about it, don't think anything was done!nWe paid $170.00 got no coffee no breakfast and no sleep!

I travel 43 weeks a year so I stay in a lot of hotels. The hotel it’s self is very clean and comfortable, close to restaurants. That is where the good review stops. I stayed here for 3 nights and in that 3 nights I saw the hotel staff twice. There is never anyone at the desk, if you need something you have to wait until they see you on the video camera and then they will come around from the back room, then they act like you are bothering them. You could be waiting upwards of 5 mins.nnOn my first morning I went down to breakfast area @ 5:30, there was no coffee, there was an employee at the front desk who watched what I was trying to do, never even acknowledged that I was there, never said hello or good morning or hold on I will brew a pot, NOTHING!nnI am not sure what working for this hotel is like but judging by the 2 encounters I had with staff they either hate this place or they need to enroll in a customer service class. NO ONE on the staff knows how to say hello or respond to guest after that guest says hello to them.nnThere is never any coffee before or after breakfast downstairs. There is only one packet of coffee in your room. So when I wanted anything to drink I has to go down the street to Kwick-Trip.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed when it comes to customer service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff here are great and very accommodating. Sarah and Mindy are two of the friendliest people I’ve dealt with in any hotel. Any time I’m in Winona, I will stay here without thinking twice.

We had a great stay at AmericInn Winona. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly and using many of the Covid guidelines! I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Beautiful newer hotel and nice staff, but disappointed with bag breakfast and scummy-looking pool as well as not being able to use hot tub due to COVID. We stayed for 2 nights and ended up having to take out our room trash to the dumpster. Worst part was I paid for our stay in cash upon arrival and gave my bank card for incidentals. Two days later my husband noticed a charge on our account. We called hotel and were told it should go away in a couple days. Another 2 days and it was still on there! Called hotel again and were told same thing as before by manager! This is absolutely ridiculous that almost a week later and this charge is still on our account! Would stay here again, but under less restrictions! For the price we paid, we deserved better.
