Holiday Inn Express & Suites Winona

Highly recommend! Nice clean newer hotel, good swim area, and superb service. Nichole from the front desk made sure our accommodations were in place and that our family's 3-night stay would be enjoyable. Even with the Covid restrictions they had to adhere to, they worked to serve us the best warm breakfast possible with respectable cold sides. We will definitely stay here again.

It is a very nice hotel! Easy and fast check-in. Everything looked spotless! Beautiful room, and it showed how much they care to get everything very clean! Needed something for room, called and two minutes later it arrived, and she was even smiling! Will definitely go there next time in the area!

Clean and nice people,disappointed with continental breakfast with NO hot meal, and cereal only, no spoon! I'm sure what we paid included a hot meal. We went to another hotel next night, awesome with a hot breakfast and no excuse of Covid exceptions. Trump train

I would like to give more stars to this hotel; however after two stay this summer, Im convinced that they have a few employees with a rather unpleasant demeanor. The first stay was around Labor Day. I booked a rewards stay online and didnt notice until afterwards that pets are only allowed in the standard rooms, I reserved a suite. I immediately called the desk to change the room type.nThe call was answered, and I explained the situation only to be rudely informed that I would need to call IHG to resolve the matter. Ok.. One bad day, we all have them.nStay number two, mid-October, booked another rewards stay. Called the front desk to ensure that my wife would be able to check in since the booking was in my name. Call was answered, I made my request and it seemed like someone had another bad day and was not very polite. The suite was not as clean as what is normal for HIX motels The tables were dirty and there was a used towel left hanging behind the bathroom door.nOn Sunday morning my wife and child were scolded by the front desk occupant for daring to leave the pool and pass the front desk on the way to the staircase unmasked. There are 10 people all in the breakfast area unmasked at the same time.nI could give a rodents behind about the masks, but is life really miserable for those working at the Holiday Inn Express Winona Mn, or is it just my bad luck? Its happened twice...
