Not a bad place for the money. Was pleased with the cleanliness, though the building was a little dated. Got the hot tub suite and was disappointed with the hot water temperature; had to let it run for a while to get it really warm. The best part of our stay was the restaurant. The service was great for a bar and grill and the burger was very good. No mask, no service policy was refreshing if that means something to you.

Got a room the night-of and had a very nice stay. Staff was great and the room was nice. I didn't come prepared with a USB power block but found that the room had a small power hub with a couple extra plugs and 2 USB ports, so was able to keep my phone charged. Room even came with a 2$ coupon to the restaurant next door, which was pretty dang good.

Great staff and hotel especially the assistant general manager (I'm sorry I don't remember his name). We planned on only staying one night, but decided to stay for two nights after seeing the hotel and learning how much stuff there is to do around Winona. Beautiful hotel and town. I hope to come back some day and stay here again.

Overall seemed a good place until we saw the mold above our bed the next day! I emailed the hotel and the only response I got was my receipt for my stay. No apology, no promis to even look into the mold problem. I missed a call from them today and no voicemail was left, I called back and was told it was an accidental dial! Horrible service all the way around!

Great place to stay. Very clean and good sized room. Price was more than fair. Staff was friendly and informative. Can't ask for more.
