I used Creative Home Technologies, last year, for the first time, and I did have issues with scheduling but that was at no fault of the sales team or the installers. Tom, Darwin, and Quinton, did such an amazing job on the install of my windows that, it really was them and their work quality along with the quality of the product itself that that made be give the company another chance and this year get a new Porch door.nnJames came out and was great at explaining the details re: the porch doors. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and was thorough in answering my questions. I explained the issues from last year and so he made sure it didn't happened again. TIPS if you have any problems - reach out to your sales person - not the office.nnThe team ( 3 guys- Tom, Darwin, and Quinton) worked efficiently, they were extremely clean, and their finishing touches on the trim and base are always better than what I think it is going to be. Will definitely be using them again.

My wife and I had our patio door and bay window replaced. Amazed at the quality difference between their products and what I've used prior from box stores. Rep was very thorough and explained everything. Installers were on time and professional. Very pleased with the whole process.

I would not recommend, they try to high pressure sell you right off the bat. Only offer first time incentive and try to make you refer people to get a deal. I used to work in sales and the company used the same unethical tactic.

I just had them do my roof and a few windows for me, and it turned out great! James is a great Salesman to work with, and they work with very good quality products. The installers were efficient and clean, and I would highly recommend CHT!!
