The crew did a great job completing our new roof - they were punctual, they were great at cleaning up when the day was done, and they worked very hard to get the job done well and quickly. We couldn't be happier with the crew. The only issue we have is that this winter the snow coming off the roof made 2 of our entrance/exits to the house sometimes unsafe and unusable. We had discussed these locations and were told that they would be able to help direct the snow coming off the roof. Unfortunately, that didn't happen so we're just extra cautious about using the entrances, and try to keep those areas as clear as possible.

Great products, but AMR Wisconsin never got back with me, I sent pictures and measurements still never heard anything. They call back and ask questions, answer them still nothing. Won't give me an estimate. I won't do business with a company that won't give me an estimate or tell me why I have no response.

Went to the website to ask for a roof estimate quote. Got a call from customer service the next day. They asked what the roof problem was and I explained it to them. They said that they would call back with an appointment but never received a call back. Would not recommend.

I had my roof installed 5 years ago on my home. Not one time since I have had it installed have I worried about my home no matter the weather.
