Best customer service a person could ask for. I made an online appointment was having issues shifting gears. Just had my tune up recently. Stana called me and fixed my problem over the phone. I had my bike basket on to tight. I bought my bike a year ago from them, they made sure it was a good fit for me. Wonderful people to work with.
Very nice, friendly service. Best value for the expertise in the Green Bay area. Had 2 tires replaced, also gave me excellent reasonable tips for care and maintenance.
My husband bought his bike there and felt it was reasonably priced when compared to a couple bike shops in Green Bay. He then took me there and had me try out several bikes. I finally settled on one. My husband felt that he gave us a good trade-in deal on the bikes we had. Both him and his assistant took time with us explaining different features between bikes and adjusting handlebars, seats, etc. when trying out bikes.
Excellant service, purchased used bike and had work done on my bike. They were very knowledgable, and explained everything to me. Cant beat the price. Pleased with everything.
It breaks my heart, I loved this place for work on my bicycles when I needed it. Now the place is closed with a *For Sale* Sign on the building. Where will we go now for work on a bike?
