Lexington Management is the absolute gold standard of terrible. The facilities are all show and have terrible quality. Inconsiderate, careless, and inept management. They do not care about the tenants, or the fact that you pay them a premium. This is ultimately a tenants hell. Also enjoy sharing your water bill with the entire building because they are too cheap to put in a cutoff for each unit.

If you're interested in renting from Lexington Management, just pull into the lot and talk to the neighbors. They will show you the aggressive emails, how long repairs took if they ever happened at all. You can see the overflowing dumpsters for yourselves, congested parking lots etc. PLEASE share if you have experiences with not getting your security deposit back etc! We all can help each other! Dont be afraid to post your reviews they are very important when dealing with companies that conduct business in the manner Lexington does! Extremely high electric bills, talking over $200 a month. Water over $200 when you get your bill. I would also like to know how many of us got these random inspections and for what they claimed they fixed! If you also got a random inspection at your residence, please reply to what Lexington Management claimed to have fixed and if you could tell a difference. They claimed to fix stress cracks in our unit. The man was in a bedroom with the door closed for 8 seconds then left. Nothing looks different. Also, list your water bill and electric bill monthly to help future tenants avoid the lies we were all told! We're only keeping our units at 61 degrees as they require you or else they will evict you if they catch it down lower than that! It's over $200 for water in our unit, and over $220 for electricity. It is okay if you dont want say your name or where you live for fear of retaliation, we understand! I know they will say Curtis Jones is not the name of their tenant, they are correct! I am using a pen name for my own safety. Customer service is a zero here. Post your screenshots of their emails in the reviews. WE CAN DO BETTER THAN LEXINGTON MANAGEMENT! They will change ownership soon due to their tarnished reputation, I predict. Talked with a person trying to sell a Lexington built home over in the Pebble Circle area. Very rough time trying to sell anything with Lexington's stamp on it, very unfortunate and we can help by speaking up!
