This Community has definitely made some major improvements in the last year and a half! Many new homes have been brought in which has filled all the open lots that were there. Still could use some work on roads and such.

I unfortunately lived here three years. This park is not only trashy as can be, but the management is absolutely incapable of doing anything. They also tried to evict us over a water line that broke, tried blaming us after the guy who installed it damaged it, wanted over 1000 dollars to pay for their mistake. Well i won in court and ended up suing them in the long run and winning. The managers here are a joke. The roads have had potholes the size of beach ball since i moved there four years ago. Cant even fix the roads! This place is so incompetent in every way i feel like i could write a book. Dont waste your life or your money here trust me. There ARE PLENTY of other parks that are so much better than this one locally. Also, look rvhorizons up and see all the controversy with the owner. This whole company is a joke. Im going to stop writing here, but could go on for hours. Lots of racial slurs from management to.

This place is the definition of trailer trash. If I could truly rate it, I would of given a HUGE zero. In order for me to post my opinion, I had to pick a star.nHilbert & Brillion mobile home parks are well kept up. I'd recommend those.nForest Junction park is another I would rate a HUGE ZERO!! It really went to hell.
