Everything is really clean and spacious! I only gave it a four star as the bed wasn't comfortable. However I do have chronic back pain so don't let that stop you from staying here. I like how close it is to the hospital and they give you a small discount if you are there for an appointment.
Checked in late after a two hour drive to check-in into a dirty room. The covers on the bed has urine stains and blood on the blanket. The night representative was very professional and compassionate. Room was changed at which it was cleaner then the first room but again dirty covers on the bed as well as the pullout bed. At this point they need to fire there housekeepers, I found out that I wasn’t the only guest that had to be switched rooms multiple times. This is beyond acceptable especially during COVID-19, was told that if any accommodations could or are going to happen I have to wait until Tuesday, however they put a hold on my money upon check-out.
Our softball team stayed here for the weekend. The check in and check out was great. Staff was awesome. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. There is a beautiful patio in the back where we had tons of room to hangout as a team. Can’t say anything about the pool it was closed due to Covid. But We would definitely recommend this hotel!!
Continental breakfast could havenbeen better. More proteins maybe add hard boiled eggs or cottage cheese especially with limit menu items.
