Brentwood Inn

Clean rooms, great friendly staff. Vintage 1950's feel wit a huge courtyard. And motel surrounding the courtyard. Comfortable bed, good water pressure and shower. Even with covid 19 they offered a good breakfast till 9:30. Will stay there again when in the area.

Room appeared dingy, ceiling was leaking water and feces on the toilet. I could not stay there.

This is my first day here. The staff had been wonderful and above and beyond. Really enjoy it. Rooms are comfortable vs most others in this price point. Large rooms. I wish it wasn't COVID seasons so I could enjoy the bar for my two week stay.

Nice room for the price.

Two star rating... It's a nice place, expensive for nothing. I've paid less for more and even with a company discount. It's hot here but hotter in the rooms with AC and sliding windows and doors mine has a window. It's spacious (King w/ Sofa Sleeper) However it has no kitchenette and needs A LOT of updating. The window treatments, I Hate them too much sun and heat radiating in and the room doesn't cool. Pet fees are expensive here and not very pet friendly for the fees being charged. No pet areas outdoors.. Bathrooms are in need of updating as well. The wall paper is peeling.. the laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers for a nice sized hotel over 200 rooms Oh and no elevator but multiple entrances.
