Best Western Plus The Four Corners Inn

Stayed three days. When I arrived the elevators were out, had to take the stairs but only second floor so no big deal needed the cardio. Then the water went out... it was mechanical, a leak, something, plumber had to come out. I waited for the lights to shut off but electricity stayed on. So apparently the plumber got the water fixed and back on but forgot to fire up the hot water heater? And so no hot water until morning when he came back. I think if I had been the manager I would have been having some words with that company. Regardless of that, hotel is great. Front desk was really nice, room was great, clean. Price was good, better than others, I would have no problem staying there again. Oh and coffee 24 hours, not bad, average, did its job.

This hotel is in a Walmart parking lot. Literally. Not only that, the locals like to use part of the parking lot behind the rooms as a short cut...like a continuation of a road that ends at the hotel parking lot. There were cars zooming through, one after another...like it's a street. I must give this a poor rating so that the over all rating can better represent the reality of the place. Additionally, the price point is too high. I'm going to say it's worth at least $10-15 less for a king room/2 adults. I must say all the staff were pleasant and very helpful. It's an oldish hotel. Needs to be upgraded. Gross carpeting. There were no USB outlets. There was one port in a portable alarm clock on the bedside table. It's not terrible. My stay was 8 months in to the 2020 pandemic, so it WAS quiet and very clean. That was nice. It just isn't worth the price and the rating isn't realistic.

It was so Clean. I was impressed. I do stay here often but not in the last 3 months because of the various. Great job I will be back soon

Very well maintained & got the much needed rest..Thank you for keeping it clean. Desk person was very nice & had a welcoming smile.

The only thing Plus about this property is the price. We always try to stay at Best Western hotels because we usually have a great experience and their friendly staff. Not so at this location. Downstairs reservation for special needs dog was not honored. The hotel did not meet Best Western Plus standards we've come to expect for the extra price.
