Communication with staff is great. Most issues were cause by my own stupidity ud83dude02(key cards, doors). I think doors in general just dislike me in Green Bay ud83eudd23.
Place sucks!! Booked a room for 2 nights! MISTAKE!!!! A $500.00 deposit gor damage!! The did not lock was a mess when I went in! Called and tols front dest! Was gone all day and still np one took care of it!! stay somewhere else Hotel J is r he same price without the smell! never again
Renovation are underway ... coming out nice ... young front desk guy is very friendly and helpful
Oh my Dear Lord. I would give zero if I could. The Wonderful woman at the front desk was just darling but.... Entering into the room.... I pulled the blanket back and low and behold... Hair... Bed bug droplets... Pulled the sheets back... Two menstrual stains on the sheets and mattress... What do you think came Nextud83dude21
Staff is very friendly rooms very clean. New owners are great people.
