Contacted Blindauer to come out and check out some leaky flashing issues I was experiencing during a VERY busy time due to weather. The office staff was so friendly and helpful and explained it may take a little time which was completely understandable. The employee made it out a few days later, and took the time to walk my mother through everything as I was unable to make it over to the house. He took pictures of the issues on the roof, explained what he was going to do to fix it, and also pointed out some other fixes I could do to extend the life of my chimney as well as a flat section of roof. He was very professional and went the extra mile as far as I am concerned. Thank you SO much for helping a new homeowner out!!

If you're looking for a free estimate on roof repairs, beware. Was unpleasantly surprised when we got the bill for an hour of repair on our roof (charged for 2.75 hours). Good quality work but the cost was way more that we expected. With the amount of business offering free estimates, I would not use this company again. Thought we found a gem, but not the case here.

Roof looks nice, but screws from the gutter were left in the lawn and driveway. I thought we got them all until we found one in my wife's tire today. Their estimate was a few thousand dollars more expensive than H and S, whose work I see around town, and is exactly the same in quality. I would currently NOT recommend Blindauer.
