Baymont Inn And Suites

Very clean and great hotel. However thermostat set at 75. Couldn't sleep. Way too hot. Not ok for a hotel.

Booked me in a room with 2 queens and I had asked for a king. The bathroom door in the room we stayed in was "repaired" with a tape patch. The phone rang about 10pm I answered and it was person calling to reserve a room. Tried to call the desk by pressing #0 and I got the room next to us. The woman who answered said unplug the phone it will happen all night. Then in the morning we went to have Coffee in our room and there was only 1 pack to make 1 cup so when I checked out I got some from the "free breakfast"and I could see the coffee grounds as i pumped the coffee into our cups. Oh and the "breakfast" was packaged gronolla bars. The staff was friendly and the room was nice except for the bathroom door

There was bedbugs all over the beds. Don’t come here

Rooms were nice hotel staff was nice, a lot of weird people staying there and hanging out outside the hotel. Made us feel uneasy.

I came in around 10:00 last night To get my card renewed and I was standing there at the desk for 5 minutes looking at the lady When she saw me and just kept texting. Thought it was really disrespectful and not even that when she did finally renew my card I told her thank you no reply back or a smile or anything ... other than that the room was really nice , bed was comfortable.
