The room was dirty, carpet not swept throughly, crumbs under the bed. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. We asked twice to have it fixed. It never was
Great service. Clean and sanitized rooms. Good price. Open pool. Nice, friendly people. Quiet grounds, near everything you need. Pharmacy, food shopping, restaurants and the greatest football stadium known to man.
As accommodating as possible. Check in was 2 hours after promise. Light switch were confusing. Beds were comfortable. As best as could under circumstances.
Very nice hotel, nice and clean. Friendly staff. They seem to be doing a considerable amount for COVID. One disappointing thing was that we were told when we got there, there would be a breakfast buffet. It was just cereal and yogurt when the morning came. I understand COVID concerns but there are ways they couldve accommodated or just had told us there wasn't going to be a breakfast buffet. Also the swimming pool was open and I feel like thats more of a concern than breakfast but regardless I would probably stay again!
Let's face it this hotel can be very busy. It's right down the street Lanbueu Field. My room was OK looked the chair had something spilled all over it. Things are worn, booze up NFL can be hard on things.LOL. This year the place will get a little bit of a rest with COVID and no fans at games. to me I'd come back but don't expect a perfect hotel.
